You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and receive delivery services from Pizza Palazzo. We may request valid government-issued identification to verify your age.

For orders containing alcohol, you must be at least 19 years old and provide valid ID upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification cannot be provided.

Minors under 18 may place orders only with parental consent and supervision. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the order and any associated charges.

All orders are subject to product availability and delivery area restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of order placement. Changes after this time may not be possible due to kitchen preparation schedules.

Prices, menu items, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Current pricing and availability are displayed at the time of order placement.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallet payments. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

For cash on delivery orders, exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry limited change and may not be able to provide change for large bills.

In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue collection of outstanding amounts.

Delivery is available within our designated service areas during business hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and traffic.

We offer contactless delivery options. If you're not available to receive the order, we may leave it in a safe location or return it to our store. You remain responsible for the order once delivered.

Delivery fees may apply based on distance and order value. Free delivery thresholds and fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

Pizza Palazzo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
